Venue

In-person CWIM Leaders participants will gather at Sparkling Hill Resort, a modern, wellness resort, just a short shuttle away from the Kelowna airport. While there is one evening planned off-site at a nearby winery, all other meals and workshops will take place at Sparkling Hill Resort. We recommended booking your CWIM Leaders accommodations at Sparkling Hill Resort as well (using our group rate) to allow you access to gourmet breakfasts and the KurSpa for included steams, saunas and pools.

Please note, Sparkling Hill Resort is an adult-only resort. Children under the age of 16 are not permitted in the resort as guests or visitors.

CWIM Leaders participants are invited to book accommodations at Sparkling Hill Resort under our group room block and rate. Guest room prices range from $280.00/night to $350.00/night.

Fall 2023 CWIM Leaders Event: Attendees must book before September 30, 2023 to receive a discounted rate.

Spring 2024 CWIM Leaders Event: Attendees must book before *TBC* to receive a discounted rate.

If you'd like to extend your stay beyond the event dates, please follow the instructions in the confirmation email and call Sparkling Hill Resort directly instead of using the online booking tool.

Interested in sharing a room with another CWIM Leaders participant to split on costs? Once you've registered, you'll be given access to our private CWIM Leaders Facebook Group. This is a great spot to ask other registered attendees if they are looking for someone to share a room with.

Air Canada is the official Canadian airline for this event, offering special discounts to participants attending CWIM Leaders Fall and CWIM Leaders Spring in-person for travel to and from Kelowna.

For travel from North America, a 5% discount applies on standard fares, and a 10% discount on flex fares & higher. For International Travel, a 10% discount will apply on standard fares and higher.

Shuttle Service

There is a shuttle service available from the Kelowna International Airport to Sparkling Hill Resort. Pricing depends on the number of people taking the shuttle per trip and ranges from $25 to $79 per person (plus tax and gratuities). More information regarding shuttle times will be shared with those who have registered for the event.

Car Pool & Car Rental

Interested in driving with other CWIM Leaders participants? After registering for the event, you'll be added to our private CWIM Leaders Facebook Group. This is a great place to connect with other local attendees who may be interested in carpooling.

Thinking of renting a car? There are car rental facilities (Avis, Budget, Enterprise & Hertz) conveniently located in the terminal at the Kelowna International Airport. For those staying at Sparkling Hill Resort, free valet parking is included!
