We Need to Talk: Easy Approaches to Difficult Conversations (at work, at home and at play)
Saturday | 9:00am - 10:45am PT
Led by Tara Rhodes
Sweaty palms. Sleepless nights. Awkward silences. We've all had an experience thinking about, planning for, and being part of a difficult conversation. It's important to learn how to handle them well, so there is less pain involved for all. But how can we prepare for a better outcome? Join us during this workshop session to discover the best ways to prepare for a hard conversation, find the right words to increase confidence and minimize harm, and navigate the exchange to go as smoothly as possible. It doesn't matter if it's at work, at home or at play, the transferable skills you will learn in this workshop will help you feel courageous no matter what you need to discuss.
