  • Who is this event for?
    This event is for all women physicians who are in leadership positions or who have an interest in further developing their leadership skills.
  • Do I have to be a physician to register?
    Yes. This course is for physicians only, and does not include allied health professionals. If you are part of a different professional group that would be interested in this course, email us!
  • Is CWIM Leaders CME accredited?
    CWIM Gather prides itself in presenting high-quality CME accredited content. Check back for more details and accreditation news.
  • Did I need to complete the previous CWIM Leaders course to register for this event?
    Nope! All are welcome to attend this CWIM Leaders event. The content is all new so whether you've attended in the past or not you'll come away with the latest resources and strategies.
  • Is there a special CWIM Partner rate?
    Yes! CWIM Partners receive a discount on their registration. When registering at the CWIM Partner rate, you'll be asked to enter your CWIM Partner email to validate your partnership.   • How many CME credits will I get?
    Check back for accreditation details.
  • I have questions about CWIM Leaders, who should I contact?
    We'd be happy to answer any questions! The best way to get in touch with us is by sending an email to leaders@cwimgather.com.
  • Do I need any special technical skills to attend this event?
    No! The course will be held on a user-friendly virtual platform and no technical skills are required. We do recommend using Chrome as your browser and having a high speed internet connection to ensure the live-stream components are clear.
  • What if I can't attend every session?
    Not a problem! All sessions will be recorded and available for viewing for six months afterwards. If you have specific questions for the speakers and won't be able to attend a session, you can even submit these in advance.
  • What is included in the virtual event?
    As a virtual attendee, you'll be able to participate in all workshops found on the schedule page, attend our movie screening virtually, plus access to all session recordings for six months after each session, a curated swag box of goodies shipped to your door, access to our CWIM Leaders private group, and our self-guided workbook.
  • I'll be flying, what is the best way to get from the airport to Sparkling Hill Resort?
    While we aren't providing a shuttle service to and from the Kelowna airport, there is a service available and we have identified some key pick up times to help keep shuttle costs low for attendees. More information about the shuttle and pick up times can be found on the "Hotel & Travel" page.
  • Where should I stay?
    CWIM Leaders, with the exception of one dinner out, will all take place at Sparkling Hill Resort. We have a block of rooms held (and a discounted rate) for CWIM Leaders attendees. For convenience, to make the most of the incredible 40,000 sq. ft. KurSpa during "free time", and to access a gourmet a la carte breakfast, we recommend staying on-site. Check in is at 3:00pm and check out is at 10:00am.
  • What is included as an in-person attendee?
    Joining us in-person means you'll have access to all workshops found on the schedule page as well as meals noted on the schedule. You'll also receive access to all session recordings for six months after each session, a curated swag box shipped to your door before the event, access to our CWIM Leaders private group, and the self-guided workbook. If you're staying at Sparkling Hill Resort, you'll also have breakfast and access to the spa included in your stay. Any travel, accommodation, and treatment-based spa costs are not included in your conference registration.
  • I'm looking to share a hotel accommodations and split on costs, is that possible?
    You may absolutely share a room with another attendee! After registering, you'll be given access to a private Facebook Group for CWIM Leaders attendees. If you're looking to share a room, this is a great place to ask if anyone else is interested.
  • Can I bring my partner and/or kids?
    Please note, Sparkling Hill Resort is an adults only property. Children under the age of 16 are not permitted in the resort as guests or visitors. Partners are welcome to join but please note that workshops and meals are for registered event participants only.
