To access the CWIM Partner discounted rate, you must have a valid CWIM Partnership BEFORE June 4th.

You will need to enter the email address you used for your partnership to access the discounted registration. 

You can join at www.cwimorg.com

If you join after June 4th, please allow one business day for your email to be recognized. The event may sell-out during this period.

Cancellation Policy - Fall 2024 Event

Costs are incurred by the event organizers for all cancellations and changes (non-refundable credit card processing fees and administrative fees). Our cancellation policies are designed to offset these costs and to ensure the sustainability of the event for others. These policies are final. ​

  • Cancellations until June 30th, 2024 11:59pm ET:​​

    • Full refund minus $150+ tax administrative fee

  • Cancellations July 1st - July 30th, 2024 11:59pm ET:​​

    • 50% refund or transfer to another woman physician subject to $150+ tax administrative fee.
    • We will attempt to find a replacement if a waitlist exists, in order of cancellation. You may also find a replacement and let us know by email at hello@cwimgather.com.
      • If your spot is taken, you will receive a full refund minus $150+ tax administrative fee
      • If a replacement is not found, a 50% refund will be provided 

  • Cancellations from July 31st onwards:​

    • ​​No refunds.

    • We will attempt to find a replacement if a waitlist exists, in order of cancellation. You may also find a replacement and let us know by email at hello@cwimgather.com.

      • If your spot is taken, you will receive a full refund minus $150+ tax administrative fee

      • If a replacement is not found, no refund will be provided.

CWIM Gather is not responsible for any hotel and/or travel costs, or optional activities costs incurred by participants who need to cancel their in-person registration. 

Force Majeure

If the CWIM Leaders Organizing Committee determines that the event cannot be held in-person due to COVID-19 (either due to Public Health guidelines or a large number of cancellations due to the COVID-19 situation worsening in Canada) the event will be held virtually. The cancellation policy above will still apply. 

This also applies to any other unforeseen emergencies that would restrict the ability to hold an in-person event including strike, lock-out, riots, insurrection, war, pandemic, natural disaster or weather emergency restricting travel, government-imposed lockdown, acts of God. 

The event organizers reserve the right to change the schedule or replace a speaker if unforeseen circumstances arise. CME credits for any and all sessions are not guaranteed until an official announcement has been made.
